Suspected meth dealer busted

A routine noise disturbance call led to bigger problems for a local man was found with methamphetamine packaged for resale.


Andy Joe Certain, 39, was charged with possession of methamphetamine for sale or delivery and cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and simple possession of a Schedule IV drug (Xanax) on Feb. 5.


According to Sheriff Patrick Ray, a deputy responding to due to a noise disturbance call on Loop Circle with Certain. Knowing that Certain had an active warrant against him, the officer placed Certain under arrest.
