Both DCHS basketball teams suffered losses at the hands of Macon County on senior night Thursday.

 

The Visiting Macon County Tigers took the DeKalb Tigers down in an 81-43 rout.

 

DeKalb trailed Macon 19-8 at the end of the first period, and increased their led to 43-28 at the half. The Macon advantage was at 71-35 after the third period, and the Tigers went on to be defeated by 38 points.

 

Tanner Poss led the DeKalb scoring effort with 11 points, while Gentry Harpole put in nine. Trey Jones, Marshal Evins, and Austin Johnson scored six points each, Chandler Vincent ...
