Two escapees captured, one still at large

Three inmates of the DeKalb County Jail escaped last Tuesday night.

According to Sheriff Patrick Ray, 38-year-old Jack Mullican, Jr. of Smithville, 32-year-old Bryon Ray Gibbs of Alexandria and 26-year- old Daniel Trey Hamilton of Jacobs Pillar Road broke out of the jail annex.

As of press time, both Jack Mullican and Bryan Gibbs are back in custody with only Daniel Hamilton still at large.

Four women were also arrested during the course of the investigation, all charged with the same offense. They are Margaret Ann Taylor, 40, of Rock Island, Miranda Nicole Johnson, 40, of Woodbury, Jessica Anne Jenkins ...
