Baugus charged for helping teenage girls leave school

An Alexandria man faces contributing charges after he allegedly helped three girls sneak off campus recently.
The suspect, Mark Douglas Baugus, 18, is charged with three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, one for each girl that left campus with him without permission. The girls were ages 14, 15, and 17.

The girls went missing from DeKalb County High School on Feb. 27. Law enforcement was notified and they found out that Baungus had something to do with their truancy.
