Dry Creek Flashes - On the lookout for spring

My mother used to have a saying, “winter is not over until it snows on the buttercups.”  Well, we woke last Thursday morning to a snow on the buttercups, so now we can officially call winter over.  We hope!

Our community was saddened to hear of the death of Joe Bowen.  We are thankful for his police service and will continue to pray for his friends and family.  Helen Burt of Alexandria lost a daughter, Debbie O’Conner, a few weeks ago.  We pray for Helen and her daughter Vicki Corley in their time of grief.  Helen lived many years ...
