Tigerettes break even at Gulf Shores

The DeKalb County Tigerette softball squad broke even in their spring break trip to Gulf Shores, Ala., going three up and three down in the Gulf Coast Classic.

They won their opening game by a count of 5-1, leading Prattville from cover to cover, starting with a 2-1 lead in the first which they never gave up. One run in the second and two in the fourth was enough to claim the victory as they outhit Prattville eight to four.
