What a glorious day to be out and about working in the yard with the mostly overcast skies keeping the sunshine from beaming so hot down on you. The wind feeling so good this Thursday morning. No complaints from me just thanking God that I’m able to do this outside cleanup of the grounds. The rain can get here anytime it wants with the way the sky is looking. We’re behind two to three inches in the amount of rainfall according to the weatherman. Today will be hit and miss showers so maybe we can catch up on the rain deficit a little bit.

Please keep these people in prayer: Ruth Brown, Fay Pitts, Denise Stanton, Edith Miller, Carlon and Mai Nell Melton, Donna Lawson, and the family of Macon Wade.

Was wondering how many times each day the Lord opens a door and gives us the opportunity to tell others about Him? Countless times we could have been such a powerful witness of His greatness and we let that slip by. What you say about Jesus could be the only hope for these people. He will make a way for you to tell about what a wonderful Savior He is and how you couldn’t get through a single day without Him in your life. Let them know the most important day in your life was when you ask Jesus to forgive you of your sins. Tell them the joy and peace He gives you this world has nothing in comparison to give you. No matter how good a person you are, you cannot enter heaven unless you accept Jesus Christ, God’s son. When you die here, you will be living there in heaven for all eternity with Jesus and be reunited with your loved ones that have gone on before that had accepted Him. Talk about a reunion I don’t want to miss that for anything this lost world has to offer.
