Winter is here...a little bit of snow, sleet and cold weather.

School was out Monday, not due to the weather but because of Presidents Day.

Hope everyone got a Valentine last Sunday. The Kindergarteners at First Methodist

were treated with muffins and fruit along with juice last Sunday morning by their teacher,Miss Dakota Waggoner. All that plus a good Sunday School lesson.

Get-well wishes to Bob Pettis, David Pack Laird Barnard, Charmaine Mitchell,

Kelly Vaugjhn, Suzanne Prater, Harry Greek, Ann Carpenter, Kim Payne, Betty Gunter and others who are ill.

Speaking of presidents, Abe Lincoln was the tallest president while Madison 5'4 was the shortest.
