Time seems to fly by us without us even knowing it. Sometimes you can’t wait for the week to end to get to the weekend. But we should really slow down and enjoy each day to its fullest. As you know we are not promised tomorrow so we should make the best of each day. Do you remember when you thought your parents were old and now you are that age, doesn’t seem as old now, does it?

The 46th Annual Smithville Fiddler’s Jamboree and Crafts Festival will be June 30 through July 1. The days our small hometown square turns into one of Tennessee’s most popular events with thousands of people from all over the world attending the event. It is amazing how far people come to be here for the Jamboree.

I hope the weather gets better for the gardeners and farmers. Farmers market is in full swing, you can stop by there every Saturday morning.
