Matilda Earl has been busy planting a vegetable and flower garden. We have enjoyed a beautiful bouquet of irises our neighbor and friend, Georgie Hawker, brought early Sunday morning. They have stayed beautiful all week. Thank you for the thoughtfulness.
Justin Frances cattle have been out picking on the Womack Farm. We enjoy seeing them each day. They are starting to have their spring calves. Justin is following in his grandmother’s, Jeanette France, footsteps with his love of farming.
It is great to see the progress on Jordan and Nicole Cripps’ home expansion project. The new room is framed in and roofed. The front deck went on at the end of the week. They will sit out there for years enjoying the view of Dry Creek Valley. It is exciting to see so much progress. Daniel Holmes, Holmes Custom Homes, has really been wonderful to work with on this project. He is a longtime friend of the Cripps family. We wish Daniel much success in his business.
Our community welcomes David and Monica Reynolds and children. We are thankful to have them closer during the summer months.
We hope everyone enjoyed their Mother’s Day. It is always a special time in our family. The Frazier family is large with lots of wonderful mothers and a few little ones on the way. It is nice to have a day acknowledging the efforts and sacrifices mothers make for their families.
