What can we say about the abnormal temperatures we’ve been having this time of year in the middle of January? We can say what Tony the Tiger would say. They’re great! Temperatures in the seventies my cup of tea and most likely most of you would agree with me. Better enjoy this kind of spring like weather while we’ve got it, because you know we’re going to have to pay the piper later on for this. Please keep in prayer: Ruth Brown and son Jeff as they are both sick and need your prayers, Charlie Mai Daniel, Carlon and Mai Nell Melton, and Denise Stanton.

Pastor Chris Moore’s sermon on Sunday a very good one indeed. Living here a child of God will be attacked on all sides by the loser in this world by so many temptations he will send your way.

Everyone gets tempted, but a child of God the loser will go after with every temptation he can muster up to destroy you, your family, and your salvation. The reason he never gives up on trying to lead you into sin is quite simple. He has nothing to lose because he doesn’t have a future to look forward to look forward to like we do. All he knows is he doomed to that lake of fire. This is all because of his own doing against God. He will pay the ultimate price of burning, yes burning, forever and forever. We are and should be smarter than this loser who wants to destroy us and keep us from being in heaven with Jesus for all of eternity.

God knows how special you are and wants only the very best for you. Give God a try. He’s the only One that will never fail you. I know.
