44th Annual Bell Buckle Webb Art and Craft Festival
Approximately 39 vendors exhibited at the annual Rock Island Fall Festival, enjoying sunny weather on Saturday. Sunday was not so nice, with steady rain falling most of the day hampering the number of visitors.
