Bass, Dillard, Parker, and Pugh Elected

ALEXANDRIA, Tenn. – Sept. 17, 2022 – Kurt Bass, James H. Dillard, Jr., David Parker, and Kathy Pugh have been elected to the DTC Board of Directors for the Temperance Hall, Gordonsville, Woodland, and Auburntown exchanges, respectively.

Voting concluded and the results of the elections were announced at DTC’s Annual Meeting on Saturday, Sept. 17. Early voting was held Sept. 12 – 14 at four locations.

Kurt Bass, who ran unopposed in the Temperance Hall exchange, received 234 complimentary votes. James H. Dillard, Jr., who ran unopposed in the Gordonsville exchange, received 249 complimentary votes. David Parker, who ran unopposed in the Woodland exchange, received 253 complimentary votes.

In the Auburntown exchange, Kathy Pugh was elected with 235 votes, defeating Jason Brown, who received 133 votes.

Also serving on the DTC board are Bennie Curtis of the Alexandria exchange, Randy Campbell of the Liberty exchange, Jim Vinson of the Milton exchange, Terry McPeak of the Norene exchange, Ronnie Garrison of the Smithville exchange, and Brian Alexander of the Woodbury exchange.

A total of 372 members cast votes in the DTC election this year. Of those, 241 took advantage of early voting.

Following the annual meeting, the board of directors met to elect officers including Bennie Curtis, president; James H. Dillard, Jr., vice president; Terry McPeak, secretary; and Randy Campbell, treasurer.
