Karen Carpenter, will have a book signing at Justin Potter Library on Thursday, January 27th from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm for her cookbook “The Best of Sundance Fine Foods.” Karen was the owner of Sundance restaurant for 34 years until its closure in 2018.  She is sharing with us some of her favorite recipes that anyone who visited the restaurant certainly enjoyed.

The cookbook has sold out on several occasions due to the high demand so be sure to come by the library and visit with Karen and take home a wonderful, autographed cookbook for yourself or as gift for others.
