DeKalb Retired Teachers Meeting, Oct. 1
The DeKalb Retired Teachers Association will be having a short meeting with a snack on October 1, 2020 at 10 a.m. at Greenbrook Park. All retired school personnel are invited to attend.
Food Give Away, Oct. 4
Snow Hill Baptist Church is changing food give away times starting with the next food give away on October 4, 2020. The new time is 1:30. Please line up on the East side of the church and drive around. Someone will put food in your car; no restrooms will be available. Sunday morning services are at 10:00. Sunday night discipleship study is at 5:30, and Wednesday night Bible study is at 6:30. Everyone is welcome. Todd Pack is the Pastor.

Mondays 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesdays 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Wednesdays 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Thursdays 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. (except the last Thursday, Oct. 29 when the hours will be 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.), Fridays 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. (except the last Friday, October 23 when the hours will be 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.), Saturdays 9 a.m. to Noon.
Commodity Distribution, Oct. 22
The Upper Cumberland Human Resource Agency will hold a commodities distribution for DeKalb County on Thursday, October 22, 2020 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the DeKalb County UCHRA office. Sign up will be available at the distribution site. The UCHRA does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, sex, color, national origin, religion, or disability in admission to, access to, or operations of its program, services or activities.
