Democratic Party to Hold Adopt-a-Highway Clean- Up

The DeKalb County Democratic Party will be doing their first Adopt-a-Highway clean-ups in Smithville on September 10 and September 24. The group will meet at 7am in the high school parking lot and will be picking up the roadside along a two mile stretch through town.
