Sheriff Ray said that a deputy was dispatched to Shady Drive for a possible domestic assault. When the deputy arrived on the scene, he made contact with a female, who advised that she and her boyfriend, Driver, had gotten into an argument, and when she attempted to leave the residence on Allen Street, he attempted to push her out the door and down the steps. When she got to the yard, he allegedly pushed her against a vehicle, placing both hands on her upper chest causing a skin tear and bruising. She also reportedly had bruising down her left arm.

Driver also reportedly stated that he would strangle her. In an attempt to get away, the woman then struck driver in the face. He then backed up and threw her phone. The woman was able to retrieve her phone and get into her car and leave the scene.

The female did have bruises on her right arm, as well as a possible broken bone, and a scratch on the left arm.
