Ervin Charged with Two Counts of Child Rape

Several people were indicted last week, including one man charged with two counts of rape of a child and continuous sexual abuse.

Jackie Darrell Ervin was indicted for the crimes which allegedly occurred on September 15, 2014 to a 10-year-old victim. The indictment also alleges that between October 1, and April 30, 2014, Ervin did unlawfully, feloniously, recklessly, intentionally or knowingly engage in three or more incidents of sexual abuse of a child.

Ervin is being held without bond.

Others indicted by the Grand Jury include the following:

Trever Wayne Jenkins – Sale and delivery of a schedule II drug (Fentanyl). $150,000 bond.

Nathaniel Dylan Tippens – Sale and delivery of a schedule IV drug (Alprazolam). $50,000 bond.

Jonathon David Thomas – Sale and delivery of a schedule I drug (heroin) and sale and delivery of a schedule II drug (Fentanyl). Held without bond.

Harley Paige Johnson – Sale and delivery of a schedule II drug (Amphetamine). $75,000 bond.

Tawanna Ann Evans – Three counts of sale and delivery of a schedule II drug (Methamphetamine) over .5 grams. $150,000 total bond.

Fred Thomas Dowell – Possession with intent to sell or deliver over .5 grams methamphetamine, and possession with intent to sell or deliver Fentanyl. $75,000 bond.

Christopher Keith Lane Derrick – Two counts of sale and delivery of a schedule III drug (Buprenorphine). $60,000 bond.

William Richard Denton – Sale and delivery of a schedule II drug (Amphetamine). $75,000 bond.

Logan Nicole Sullivan and Brandon Tylor Mulac – Possession with intent to sell/deliver a schedule II drug, (meth) over 300 grams, and possession with intent to sell/deliver a schedule II drug (Fentanyl). $125,000 bond.

Brandon Tylor Mulac – Possession with intent to sell of deliver over 26 grams of a schedule II drug, (meth) and evding arrests. $125,000 bond.

Steven Ellis Anderson – Sale and delivery of a schedule II drug (meth) over .5 grams, and sale and delivery of a schedule III drug (Bupennorphine). $75,000 bond.

Caleb Lee McGhee – Sale and delivery of a schedule II drug (meth) over .5 grams. $75,000 bond.

Jimmie Lee Herman – Two counts of sale and delivery of a schedule II drug (meth) over .5 grams. $75,000 bond.
