DeKalb County’s 2019 Fairest of the Fair Miss Destiny Danielle Franklin represented the county Friday night at the Tennessee Association of Fairs Fairest of the Fair contest. She competed with 59 beautiful young ladies representing counties throughout Tennessee.  Miss Rissa Jones of Sevier County claimed the crown and title.
