The DeKalb County Grand Jury met last Monday, where 19 people were indicted including two sealed indictment. Arraignment day for defendants indicted was Monday, April 5 in DeKalb County Criminal Court.

The following were indicted Monday, excluding the sealed indictments: Michael Brady Mcghee: Arson and false imprisonment; Lavar Kinte Bass: Domestic assault, evading arrest, DUI third offense, DUI per se, and driving on a revoked license seventh offense; Markus Jay Majka: Possession with intent to sell or deliver over .5 grams of methamphetamine, driving on a suspended license, and possession of drug paraphernalia; Dustin Lewayne Nichols: Burglary, theft over $1,000, and vandalism over $1,000; Jeffery Lynn Sanders: Theft over $1,000, vandalism over $1,000, possession of burglary tools, and resisting arrest; Aubrey Lee Kilgore: DUI 4th offense, driving on a revoked license, simple possession of methamphetamine; Warren Brandon Glasby: Theft over $2,500 and vandalism over $1,000;  Sarah Opal Atnip: Vandalism over $2,500;  Tina Lynn Cazee: Vandalism under $1,000; Tarren Jayde Kyle: DUI; Ricky Lynn Murphy: Driving under the influence; John Lanny Nelson, Jr.: DUI and DUI per se; David Joe Parrott: False report, DUI, and driving on a suspended license; Jason Alexander Sturdivant: Fraudulent use of a debit card over $1,000; Lisa Inez Vice: Driving under the influence and DUI per se; Jay Kent Williams: DUI, DUI per se, and leaving the scene of an accident; and Byron Ray Wilson: Reckless endangerment and evading arrest.
