Twenty-eight people were indicted by the DeKalb County grand jury including a man who cracked another man’s head open with the butt of a rifle and then pulled out a clump of his hair.

Rodney Hugo Gora, II was indicted on counts of aggravated assault and two counts of domestic assault. He is charged with hitting one person in the head with a rifle and then pulling his hair out during an altercation. He is also accused of cutting a woman on the hand with a knife and hitting her in the mouth with a wooden box during the same domestic incident.

Christopher Ryan Inge was indicted on the charge of aggravated assault.

Wallace Marlon Rackley was indicted on the charge of unlawful possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.

Timothy William Patrick was indicted on charges of auto burglary and theft over $1,000.

William Oscar Meadows was indicted for driving under the influence and possession of a handgun while under the influence.

Troy Eugene Martin was indicted for second-offense of driving under the influence, violation of the implied consent law, violation of the open container law and DUI.

Daniel Aguirre was indicted for driving under the influence, simple possession of a schedule VI drug, violation of the open container law, and DUI.

Mark Anthony Graham was indicted for DUI.

Brandon Lyle Bohannon was indicted for theft over $2,500.

Howard Robert Mayo, Jr. was indicted on the charge of multiple-offense of driving on a revoked license, simple possession of a schedule II drug, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of the registration law.

Clarence Edward Sexton Jr., was indicted on the charge of driving on a revoked license.

Brandi Niccole Kirby was indicted on the charge of driving on a suspended license.

Brian Quirino was indicted on charges of DUI and second-offense driving on a revoked license

Autumn Marilta Morris was indicted on charges of driving on a suspended license, violation of the seatbelt law, violation of financial responsibility, violation of the registration law, and violation of the light law.

Kristie Renea Shehane was indicted on the charge of third-offense DUI and reckless endangerment.

Jackson Bailey Manley was indicted on charges of driving on a suspended license and violation of financial responsibility.
