Greg Alan Fox, 36 of Smithville, has been charged with statutory rape. A sheriff detective following up on a report found that on May 5, 2019 Fox did unlawfully have sexual penetration with a 15 year-old female. He is more than 10 years older than the victim. Fox was arrested July 27, 2019. His bond was set at $75,000, and he is due to appear in court August. 8, 2019
