A man literally coughed up the evidence as he was being booked into jail, regurgitating a bag containing a pill he had apparently swallowed before his arrest.
The suspect, Craig Anthony Hill, 47, was arrested for bringing contraband into a penal institution. He was hit with the charge as he was being booked into jail. Hill said he was getting sick and was taken to the bathroom to throw up. Once he was through and the booking continued, a pill wrapped in a baggy fell from his pocket, covered in saliva and was found by the corrections officer.

James Lynn Owen, 44, was cited for simple possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia. He was cited on Foster Road after the vehicle in which he was riding was pulled over. The officer found two oxycodone and a codeine pill were found where he was sitting. There was also paraphernalia found.
Angela Tubbs, 52, was arrested for drunk driving. She was arrested when she drove up to a residence on Shady Drive while the deputy was answering a call there. She had a smell of alcohol and was unsteady on her feet. She failed her sobriety test. She was cited for violation of implied consent because she refused a BAC sample.
Fredrick Michael Hughes, 48, was arrested for tampering with evidence. He was pulled over for failing to maintain his lane of travel. The deputy noticed a yellow pill hanging out of his pocket. However, Hughes tossed the pill, a Xanax, into the back of his pickup truck in an attempt to get rid of the evidence. He has been cited for simple possession.
Lynda Michelle Neville, 42, was arrested for tampering with evidence. Lawmen found a wrapper containing a Xanax in the back seat of the patrol car where she was being transported. She was a passenger in the Hughes vehicle.
