Matt Howard, of Sparta, will be joining TWRA Officer Tony Cross in DeKalb County as a new TWRA officer. Howard, who is taking Joe Fortner’s place, has worked as a TWRA officer in Washington and Cocke County. Matt and his wife Sara reside in White County.
