DTC-TV is adding a new locally produced program featuring Murphy Fair to its lineup for subscribers. Mondays With Murphy begins a 13-week run on Monday, September 25, on DTC Channel 3. The 30-minute program will air at both 12:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. each Monday. The program can also be viewed online at DTC3.TV.

“We are very excited about the addition of this new show on our award-winning local channel,” said Nick Nokes, Video Production Supervisor at DTC. “Murphy has lived in our service area for nearly 50 years, and he knows countless people throughout the area,” he added. “Although known as the ‘guru’ of Tennessee high school football, Murphy will use this program to explore stories from interesting people with ties to our local communities.”

People from all walks of life will be featured in the show. Scheduled guests include Chris Townson, CEO of DTC Communications, MTSU Lady Raider basketball Coach Rick Insell (a native of Cannon County), and State Representative Michael Hale of Smithville, plus many more to be announced.

“The people who reside in Cannon, DeKalb, Smith, Rutherford, and Wilson counties, whom I have come to know over the years, know that I’m a people person who loves to hear stories,” said Fair. “This program will be loads of fun. Everyone has a great story to tell, and I’m excited to help share those stories with our viewers.”
