A one vehicle crash Thursday night on Dale Ridge, left the driver of this truck with serious injuries. He was flown by air medical to a trauma hospital. DeKalb County Extrication had to remove him from the vehicle. A passenger in the truck was transported by DeKalb EMS to Ascension St. Thomas Hospital for his injuries. The Tennessee Highway Patrol had not provided an accident report to the Review as of press time on Monday.
