Pleas entered during criminal court

Criminal Court was in session Monday, November 14, 2022 with the Honorable Judge Gary McKenzie residing. Several pleas were entered.  

Patrick Ryan Goolsby plead guilty to one count of second degree murder, one count of sell of fentanyl and one count of delivery of fentanyl. He was sentenced 15 years to serve will eligibility of parole after serving 30 percent.

Joseph Ray plead guilty to one count of arson where he received a 10 year sentence to serve, where is he eligible for release after serving 30 percent, and two counts of aggravated burglary, where he received another 10 years to serve and is eligible for release after serving 30 percent. The sentences are to run concurrent with each other.

Jefferey Lynn Sanders plead guilty to three counts of vandalism over $1,000 and was sentenced to two years probation on each charge along with restitution.

Jonathon David Thomas plead guilty to sale of schedule II drug and aggravated burglary. He was sentenced to five year to serve and $2,000 fine in the drug case and three years to serve in the burglary case, all to run consecutive.

Clifton Murphy plead guilty to theft under $1,000 and was given 11/29 suspended to six month supervised probation and six months good behavior.

Christopher Pack plead guilty to evading arrest and was sentenced to 11/29 supervised probation to run consecutive to Wilson County probation.

Anthony Marquall Love plead guilty to two counts of criminal simulation and received a two-two year sentences, suspended to probation and cost to run consecutive.

Angel Tamayo plead guilty  to violation of the sex offender registry and received one year concurrent with White County sentence, all suspended to supervised probation.

Dana S. Cantrell plead guilty to one count of sale of meth over .5 grams and received an eight year sentence suspended to supervised probation and a $2,000 fine.
