REALSOURCE EXPANDS INTO TENNESSEE; OPENS SMITHVILLE OFFICE
Real estate professionals in Tennessee now have a new option for title insurance and real estate closings. RealSource Title Insurance & Real Estate Closings is holding a ribbon cutting today at 10 a.m. in Smithville. The Smithville office held a soft opening in October 2020 and is located downtown at 404 W. Public Square. Tennessee marks the fifth state for RealSource offices.
Appointed by Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, RealSource is rapidly expanding operations across the nation. RealSource currently covers Alabama, Mississippi, Florida, Michigan, and now Tennessee. Under the direction of company founder and president Doris Phillips, RealSource has been featured in case studies by Dell and recognized nationally for its use of technology to enhance the customer service experience while simplifying the contract-to-close process.
“Tennessee continues to be a very active real estate market, so this was an ideal state to expand our business,” said Doris Phillips, President and CEO of RealSource. An innovative entrepreneur with a focus on customer service, Phillips has been successful and active in the real estate industry for more than 20 years.
“We have strong relationships with real estate agents in the Smithville area and look forward to working with them and others,” said Phillips. “RealSource is delighted to provide title insurance and real estate closing services throughout Tennessee.
