Several people facing drug charges made pleas in Criminal Court last week and heard their sentences.
Troy Coon, 44, pled guilty to simple possession of a schedule II drug, stemming from a case in March of 2024.
Coon was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in jail, all suspended except for time served, with the balance on probation. He was also fined $750.
Eric James Cox, 39, pled guilty to one count of possession, sell, or delivery of methamphetamine from a case in March 2023. He received a four-year suspended sentence and was fined $2,000. He received 34 days of jail credit.
Jerry Henry Goff, 46, pled guilty to one count of sale of a schedule II drug and was sentenced to 10-years to serve in the Tennessee Department of Corrections for a case that occurred in February 2024. He received 159 days of jail credit.
Donnie Lee Ramsey, 53, pled guilty to one count of possession of a schedule VI drug with intent to distribute for a case in June 2023, and received a two-year suspended sentence to State probation. He was also fined $2,000.
