Michael Dale Tittle, 41, of Alexandria was arrested on Oct. 15 and charged with fraudulent use of a credit card, burglary and theft of property. Sheriff Patrick Ray said the charges come from March 21, 2020 where Tittle entered a 2001 Mitsubishi car and took a credit/debit card. He then used it at Liberty Stop & Buy in the amount of $163. His bond was set at $7,500, and he is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 29, 2020.
Brian Allen Tatum, 39, of Murfreesboro and Jamie Renee Allred, 27 of Murfreesboro, were arrested on Oct. 15 and charged with fraudulent use of a credit card. From Sept. 26 to Oct. 14 the card was used without the owner’s consent. The pair fraudulently spent $436.26 on the card. Each one had bond set at $3,500, and are to appear in court Oct. 29, 2020.
Jason Kyle Shepherd, 31, of Smithville was arrested on Oct. 16 and charged with domestic assault and violation of no contact order. His bond was set at $10,000, and he is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 29. A sheriff’s deputy responded to a location on Eagle Creek road of a report of domestic violation. He talked with a female who said on Oct. 2, she and Shepherd were riding in a vehicle when an argument began and he punched her in the eye leaving a bruise. Also on Oct. 5, the two were riding in a vehicle when an argument started, and he grabbed a notebook and struck the victim in the left side of the face. She also said he has made several threats that he was going to take her to places no one would find her. And, that he would knock her teeth down her throat. The deputy was notified by Central Dispatch that there were active bond condition for Shepherd to stay away from this female.
