Due to the amount of shoplifting cases at this store and suspicious people hanging around the officer approached the subject and made contact with him and noticed his hands in his pockets and asked him if he had any weapons on him and if he would place his hands on his patrol car. The subject then turned and ran into the wooded area behind some houses. The officer then went into Wal-Mart and reviewed camera footage where he was able to identify the subject as Dalton Moore. Upon asking Tittle and his passenger, Bouldin what the substance was they informed him that it was salt. Upon investigation it was discovered that Bouldin was given $25 from Tittle to buy Methamphetamine.
