Another statue taken down
carolgunter

I had just set down to watch a little news and catch the weather forecast when on the tube they showed in Alabama a confederate statue being taken down. The statue was being taken to a confederate cemetery where it would then reside to appease the low life people in America. Next those same people will want confederate cemeteries that house the dead to be destroyed. On top of that so called news worthy story was the bust of Nathan Bedford Forrest to be put in a museum. Maybe to level the playing field their statues, monuments, and etc. need to be out of sight, also, because they really bother us, too. In my opinion, the President should have nipped this in the bud at the very beginning by whatever means he felt necessary to stop these trouble makers. Maybe for every confederate statue taken down let’s say 50,000 of those trouble makers be shipped to parts unknown. This way they wouldn’t have to look at those statues that are part of our history that bother them so much. Good or bad the statues should not have been taken down or destroyed.

It really hurts me to see the history of this country being torn into threads by those that don’t respect themselves or anyone else evidently. The leaders of our country have let the majority of us down by not having the guts to stop unlawful people in their tracks that have out and out broken the law and need to be behind bars for a number of years. Maybe then they might start acting like decent people are supposed to act.

Please keep in prayer: the families of Tammy Davenport, Paul Hilton Ferrell, and Jack Pemberton in the loss of their dear loved ones. Also, be lifting up in prayer the following people: Talmage Young, Marie Johnson, Charlie Mai Daniel, Rose Watts, Ronald Lawson, Ethelene Pedigo, Helen Nixon, Jeanette Smithson, Tony and Tracy Neal, and Dr. JC Wall.

Birthday s for November to let you know about: Lacy Neal, Bobby Taylor, Lori Ramires, Brittany Little, and Brian Hiullet. Congratulations to all of you.

We live in a blessed country. Give credit to the One who has given it to us. Praise and worship our Lord and personal Savior Jesus Christ every day and tell others of His greatness and how much He loves all of us and the price He paid sacrificing His life so we could be forgiven of our sins. No greater love has man ever known that the love of Jesus. Ask Jesus to forgive you of your sins today. He’s just waiting tfor you to make that choice. If you want true freedom from the burdens that are weighing you down and that void in you to be filled Jesus can give you that so quickly. Just steep out in faith in believing in Him as Jesus is waiting with open arms to welcome you.
