The blackberries are blooming you can always find them when they are blooming but I forget where they are at once they are ready to pick. I am talking about the wild ones, I really like blackberries especially when they turn into cobblers. The tame ones are bigger and beautiful but to me they seem to have big seeds. The gardens that I have seen are doing wonderful. Won’t be long now and I can have a home grown tomato. I love garden vegetables freshly picked.

I hope everyone enjoyed Memorial Day weekend. And remembered the ones who fought and died for us to have the freedom and protection today. My daddy served in the Navy for over 20 years. I am thankful for all of our Armed Services. To commit your life in the military for us to be safe. You are an amazing person to give so much for people you don’t even know. That is a service to everyone in the United States. I thank you for your past service and for the ones who are presently serving today. May God bless you and your family and may He always keep you safe.
