Calm and peaceful on the mountain

Everything seems pretty calm and peaceful around the mountain.

Gardeners extra happy about the showers we’ve been having here lately to keep giving us a bountiful harvest of vegetables to enjoy. Nothing like a tomato out of the garden is there?

I keep getting amazed at the gutless wonders we have holding different positions in government that are not standing for anything since taking office. Giving in to this surge of non-Americans and bowing down to them is not the thing to do. Government officials should be standing their ground and refusing to bend. Our history is our heritage of what has happened and not to be disturbed. People need to get over themselves and act like decent people are to conduct themselves in life. These “troublemakers’ keep stirring the pot about the most insignificant things. They want to change everything that may offend them. Well, that’s tough. We could all be nit-picking like them if we chose to be that way.

The last days we may be living in now I do believe before the return of Jesus Christ. Christ’s church needs to stand firm on what He says in His holy word and not on the whims of mankind that have no merit. Of course, Christ’s church will be persecuted just as He was. There will be a better day for us all if we do not give in and compromise as children of God in these troublesome times. Our victory, sweet, sweet, victory will be here someday and it will be worth everything we have had to endure. Remember the day Jesus saved you? He has so much more in store for you than you could ever imagine.
