Second Annual “Fill the Cop Car” begins Nov. 24 Cash Express in Smithville starts its second year of “Fill the Cop Car” to help the local food pantry, local schools, and DeKalb County children with winter coats. They are asking for everyone’s help as there will be a Smithville City police car available at the Cash Express located at 126 East Bryant Street, Smithville, on Friday, Nov. 24, from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. The challenge is to fill the car with goodies to help the local community. They are accepting coats, toys and non-perishable food items.
