Angel Tree applications will be available for pickup at the DeKalb County Department of Human Services beginning Monday, Oct. 30 through Friday Nov. 3. This is the 22nd year for the program. Completed applications must be returned to the Life Enrichment Center at First Baptist Church in downtown Smithville on Thursday, Nov. 9 from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. only.
