Message from Pastor Chris Moore Sunday “Do you want more”? Are you satisfied with what you have in the Lord or do you want more of Him in your life? You welcome Jesus more into your life by praising and worshipping Him each and every day and by acknowledging Him as your Lord and Savior. He is number one in my life. He gave up his life on the cross so I could be forgiven of my sins. We that have accepted Jesus need to be telling others about Him and of His mercy and grace. Would anyone else suffer and die for you like that? The answer is no. He gives you His best so honor Him by giving your best to Him. Someday we’ll be ion the grandeur of heaven with all of its splendor to take in. This here all forgotten because the glory of heaven we’ll be living in. Our living there will be so different than the world we’ve experienced here as this will all pass away. We will be given the keys to heaven and be with Jesus forever and ever. When God’s word promises us that, this pitiful world tries to offer you? Only death will it give you. This world as we know it is going to end someday when Christ returns. None of us know when that day will be. If you have family members be young or old that do not know Jesus tell them all about Him and how easy it is to get forgiveness of their sins. Jesus is just waiting to become your Savior so you’ll spend eternity in heaven with Him when you pass away here. Don’t put off this important conversation with your loved ones. You want them to be in heaven, too. Any moment Jesus could return.
Please keep in prayer: Tim Howes, Bernie Braswell is in NHC in McMinnville, Charlie Mai Daniel, Freddie Curtis, Helen Nixon, and Dr. J.C. Wall.
Also, please keep in prayer the families of Jerry “Buckwheat” Johnson and Jennie Jo Young.
