Downtown offers trick or treating Tuesday

Everyone is invited to downtown Smithville on Oct. 31 to take part in the City of Smithville and the Smithville Police Department’s “Trick or Treat Halloween Downtown” from noon until 5 p.m.Smithville City Hall, Smithville Police Department, Justin Potter Library, some courthouse offices and downtown businesses will be passing out candy and treats.
