Dry Creek Flashes - It's good to spend time with family
Smithville Local Columnist.png

Last week we enjoyed a Sunday with Jimmy and Judy Kimbrell and family.  Our special guest was Todd and Gail Nuckles from Alabama and Antha Keyt Lungarrd from Arizona.  It was good to see these family members.

Many of our prayers have been answered for the sick, and we thank God for His ever present control of situations.  We know there are many sick or have lost loved ones recently, continue to pray for them.

Fall break is here and we hope everyone has a safe and restful few weeks off from school.  Be careful driving on the roads.

The T V news and reports show so much judgement and hate across our world.  We wish for everyone to show compassion and love for one another.  Put love into action and show this world it could be different.

Happy anniversary to Tom and Georgie Cripps who celebrated this event in September.   Georgie had a birthday recently too.  We love these fine folks and wish them health and happiness.

If you do not have a church to attend you are always welcome at the Dry Creek Baptist Church on Dry Creek Road, Dowelltown.

Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good.
