I hope everyone enjoyed the first part of the story this is a true story.
Miraculous Recovery from Leukemia (part 2)
We were in the sixth month of the illness, and all forms of treatment were tried with no success. He was hospitalized for 17 days in July, and about the 10th day, he got his first blood transfusion. A couple of days later, he came down with a virus that included double pneumonia and a fever that exceeded 105 degrees. He was packed in ice from head to toe. Then, the doctors suggested we allow a psychiatrist speak to our son about the possibility of his death. We said if that were to happen we would need to be present, which they would not allow. The doctor talked to our son once, and he became so frightened, we didn’t allow further visits. At about the 14th day, we had a conversation with Tim’s head nurse. She began to cry, asking us if the doctors had told us we might need to call in the family.
On the 16th day, his fever broke, and God answered all the prayers, from our church to people from everywhere. It put Tim into remission. However, the doctors let us know remission was not a cure. The leukemia could return at any time.
On the 17th day, he got to come home. For the nest month, he continued to have treatment at the hospital.
In September on Labor Day weekend, we went for a bone marrow test. It was a Labor Day weekend I will never forget. We were called into the doctor’s office for the results. He reminded us that he had told us at the beginning the remission was not a cure, and he was afraid we had given Tim too much hope and encouragement it would be over. A spot showed up in the bone marrow. We left the hospital with Tim crying the whole way home.
When we got home. Tim went into his room to be alone. During his alone time, he drew a picture of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. On the bottom of the page, he wrote, “I am well,” and signed his name.
At his next checkup, the spot was gone, never returned. Tim is 50 years old and an amazing artist. Thank you Lord.
The words to the song were:
“I am well, I am well, hallelujah, I am well, I am well, amen.
For Jesus Christ said so, just believe, and I will make you whole.
I believe, I believe, I believe. We are well, we are well, hallelujah. We are well, we are well, amen.
For Jesus Christ said so, just believe and I will make you whole.
We believe, we believe, we believe.
Praise his name, praise his name, amen.
For Jesus Christ is king, you can hear the angels sing. Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, amen.
This song has four prayers included in it. There is a statement of faith, a prayer f faith, and intercessory prayer and a prayer agreement.
All children of God can sing this song for themselves, family members or friends. This is an intercessory song of prayer. Just insert the name of the person for whom you’re singing it. Mark 9:23 says, “Jesus said unto him, “If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.”
Always remember the most important thing is to give all glory, honor and praise to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
