The Smithville Business & Professional Women’s Club held its annual fall pageants Saturday night at the DeKalb County Community Complex auditorium. Thirty lovely young ladies, ranging from seven to 18 years of age, participated in hopes of leaving with a title and crown.
The first pageant of the evening resulted in 10-year-old Ellisyn Kelsey Cripps being named the 2013 Autumn Princess. She is the daughter of Troy and Jamie Cripps of Smithville, and succeeds the 2013 retiring Queen Addison Jean Puckett. Puckett is the nine-year-old daughter of Jimmy and Anita Puckett of Smithville.
Madison Rae Rackley, the 10-year-old daughter of Gordon and Jessica Rackley of Smithville, was named first runner-up.
Second runner-up was 10-year-old Alexis Grace Atnip, the daughter of Veronica Atnip of Smithville.
Eight-year-old Allyson Roxanne Fuller was named third runner-up. She is the daughter of Anthony and Amanda Fuller of Baxter.
Natalie Morgan Snipes was named fourth runner-up. She is the nine-year-old daughter of Tim and Michelle Snipes of Smithville.
The award of Miss Manners went to Kirrin Michelle Therrien. She is the nine-year-old daughter of Terese Therrien Pena and Oscar Pena of Smithville.
Rounding out the top ten were Alexis Danyelle Rigsby, Haidyn Renee Hale, Madison Dawson, Kenlee Renae Taylor and Zoi Hale.
Others participating in the pageant were Malayna Nichole Nokes, Allie Joy Wilbur, Savanna Murphy and Sayla Yvonne Cantrell.
In the second pageant of the evening, 12-year-old Julia Grace Curtis was crowned the 2013 Autumn Sweetheart.
She is the daughter of Bruce and Amy Curtis of Smithville. She succeeds the retiring 2013 Autumn Sweetheart Morgan Faith Green. Green is the 14-year-old daughter of Suzanne and Jon Harrison of Smithville.
Brooklyn Storm Estes was named first runner-up. She is the 13-year-old daughter of Chris and Shanna Bogle of Smithville.
Sarah Anne Colwell, the 13-year-old daughter of Christie and Trent Colwell of Smithville was named the second runner-up.
Third runner-up went to Anna Rachel Blair. She is the 12-year-old daughter of Keith and Amanda Blair of Smithville.
Eleven-year-old Payton Brook Bowman claimed fourth runner-up. She is the daughter of Mike and Lisa Bowman of Smithville.
Miss Congeniality went to Abigail Hope Taylor, the 13-year-old daughter of Ken and Cindy Taylor of Smithville
Others competing in the contest were Kaitlyn Ann George, Mary Grace King and Sophia Mahan.
In the third and final pageant of the evening, Taneah Brooke Cantrell walked away with the crown and title of 2013 Fall Fest Queen.
Six young ladies ages 14 to 18 competed for the crown and title.
Cantrell, the 17-year-old daughter of Scott and Tammy Cantrell of Smithville, succeeds the 2012 Fall Fest Queen, Haley Marie Hale. Hale is the sixteen-year-old daughter of Chad and Melissa Hale of Smithville.
First runner-up went to Tyra Graham. She is the 15-year-old daughter of Kyle and Doris Graham of Smithville.
Destiny Danielle Franklin, 14-year-old daughter of Jennifer Ware of Smithville was second runner-up. Sixteen year old Brooke Danielle Roller, daughter of Richard and Rose Roller of Smithville, was the third runner-up.
Fourth runner-up went to Alyssa Kayleen Funk, the 17-year-old daughter of Emily Funk of Smithville.
Reagan Patton was fifth-runner-up. She is the fourteen year old daughter of Dorothy and Tommy George of Smithville. Patton also received the Miss Congeniality award.
