Festival of Trees held at Complex

The inaugural Festival of Trees began Monday night at the County Complex as scores of people showed up to judge trees and enjoy cookies and punch.

"Everybody that comes gets to be a judge," said Complex Director Josh Issac. "And, by putting a toy under the tree, you pick the tree of the year."

The winners will be selected by Saturday. There are 39 entries. The toys that are donated will go to the foster care system in DeKalb County.
