Smithville City Hall won first place in costumes.

The winners have been announced from the annual downtown Halloween celebration. Taking first in decoration was the Circuit Court Circus and The DeKalb Recovery Court Anchored in Sobriety, in a tie. Second was the DeKalb County Mayor’s office Toy Story theme.

Taking Best Costumes was Smithville City Hall. Second was U.T. Extension and third was the Justin Potter Library. Also in third was Justin Trapp, Attorney at Law.
