DeKalb Fair Miss Sweetheart: Miss Congeniality Kaylee Ann Elizabeth Liggett (left) and Most Photogenic Keara McKinsey MilliganAddison Isabella Kyle of Smithville won the Miss Sweetheart pageant Wednesday night at the DeKalb County Fair. The 11-year-old daughter of Jamie Kyle and Cory and Kim Crabtree follows the 2017 Miss Sweetheart, Kyleigh Breanne Hill of Smithville. She is the 13-year-old daughter of David and Colleen Clary of Smithville and Kyle Hill.

The pageant included girl ages 10-12. There were 14 girls vying for the title. Ten-year-old Carleigh Isabella Beckham, daughter of Nikki Beckham of Smithville was first runner-up in the pageant; Keara McKinsey Milligan was second runner-up. She is the 11-year old-daughter of Josh and Cyndi Milligan of Smithville. She also won Most Photogenic; third runner-up was 10-year-old Isabella Faith Rackley, daughter of Gordon and Jessica Rackley of Smithville; Camri Layne Johnson was fourth runner-up. She is the 10-year-old daughter of Jeremy and Kelli Johnson of Alexandria; Kaylee Ann Elizabeth Liggett was named Miss Congeniality. She is the daughter of Justin and Brandi Liggett of Smithville.

Others in the top eight were Averie Nicole McMinn, 10, daughter of Nathan and Amanda McMinn of Smithville; Deanna Marie Agee, 10, daughter of David and Dama Agee of Smithville; and Rileigh Blair Gipe, 12, daughter of Janice Penny Gipe and Gary King of Liberty."
