The water started working during closing prayer

Prosperity Baptist Church near Auburntown is where Laura and I are members. We are about their worst members, and are seldom able to be there on Sunday because we are out preaching somewhere else.
They haven't removed us from the role yet, and probably won't as long as we send our tithes in... grin.
We do try to attend on Wednesday night all we can. We were there this past Wednesday night for prayer meeting and Bible study
I drank a big glass of water before service. Just in case the preaching got dry... smile.
Brother Don Rigsby is our pastor and did his usual good job with the service, and looked to be ending the service right on time. A few minutes before ending time that glass of water started to act up and I wanted to go visit the men's room. But, it was almost stopping time and Brother Don was already into his closing prayer.
He must have gotten way behind with his praying because he looked to be trying to catch up. After his usual prayers for the sick and the lost, he started praying for all the service boys, all the missionaries around the world and all the little hungry children in China. And I thought sure he intended to call them all by name.
He was standing squarely in the aisle with no room to get by on either side. He was about to launch into prayer for the healing of aunt Sadie's ingrown toenail when I managed to push through beside him. I told him later that he was a good pastor and a good preacher, but he sure wasn't much of a hand to dismiss the service in prayer.. grin.
I am glad to announce that my latest book is now at the printers, and should be available in early February. I will tell you more later, and will also purchase an ad in the Review to advertise it with price and purchasing details. Most of my articles in the Review will be included in the book, along with many other stories.
