A lot of catastrophes going on at the present time in a lot of different places with earthquakes, forest fires and flooding connected to those hurricanes that just keep coming it seems. Wars and rumors of war also taking the spotlight. People and also families turning against each other. Does any of this sound familiar to you in what could be the last days before Christ’s return? Every stone has been turned over it seems so what now could be instore for this world? A nation of people that has become so arrogant as this nation has and won’t humble themselves before God and acknowledge Him as their Lord then I guess the party just might be over as God, I would only guess, is about to say “enough is enough”. He’s given us ample time to get it right and gave us warning after warning but we just won’t heed that wakeup call and repent.
Two, maybe three times a year do we count our many blessings and acknowledge God for them. That would be Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas. What is wrong with this picture? Every day, yes, every day we should be thanking God for everything He’s given us in so much abundance not just at the holidays. I think we are just too full of ourselves as I’ve said before and take God for granted because we think we’re more important than we truly are. We are able important to God but only He should be the most important one in our lives. Food for thought: If Jesus Christ is about to return, will we be found ready for his arrival?
Some people that need our prayers: Denise Stanton, Houston and Martha Parker, Bill Nokes, Carlon and Mai Nell Melton, Nolan Turner, Talmage and Bobbie Young, the family of Larry Millligan and the family of Doris Besheares and also the family of Ron Pedigo.
