Sometimes a bridle is needed to control our tongue isn’t it? So much hurt and destruction comes about by what we say to someone or say about others when it’s said in a negative tone as the loser wants you to do his bidding in destroying people and their lives. If you are a Christian you do not have this kind of behavior in you and most certainly not in your heart. You only have the love of Jesus in your heart and will show that love to all those around you. Never have figured out why some people had rather hurt than help others. Do they get enjoyment in the pain they bring to others? They should be ashamed of their actions. They do need prayer in seeking Jesus in their life. That gospel song “Wounded Soldier” comes to mind in how hurtful words can bring us down but we can rise up on that battleground and keep going on for the Lord.
Hope Pastor Chris Moore’s message touched some hearts and really some tongues that are unbridled as we all need to be extra careful with what comes out of our mouths to others. One shouldn’t forget that God is always watching and listening to what we say and what we do to the people we come in contact with each day.
