Nip in the air announces that fall season is here

It’s very obvious that the season of autumn is here from the décor in the stores! Pumpkins, Halloween decorations, costumes, etc.

The cool air in the air in the mornings adds a nip in the air! Sweaters are worn in the mornings and usually come home in the backpacks.

Yep, fall is here! And also Christmas decorations are already in the stores.

Wayne Hubbs, one of our local pilots, attended an Air Show in Dickson last Saturday. He flew, down there 200 miles in three hours in his gyro to visit friends. There was a display of military aircraft, like an old DC-3. They were taking people up in them for a short trip for $150. Whew! Food was being served during this event. He said it started raining as he was leaving, got wet but ran out of it around 15 miles later.
