The pandemic put a lot of things on hold, like the annual Fall Fest Pageants held each year by the Smithville Business & Women’s Club. However, this year the tradition was brought back and new royalty was crowned.

In the first competition of the day, boys 1 day – 6 months, Kasen Jacob Franklin took the title. He is the six month-old son of Amanda and Jake Franklin of Smithville. He also won awards for most photogenic and people’s choice.

Sydney Ann Barrett, took the crown in the seven-12 months girl category. She is the daughter of Stephen and Vickey Barrett of Dowelltown. She won prettiest dress, prettiest eyes, and most photogenic.

In the girls ages 13-24 months category, Renly Kayte Roberts took the crown. She is the 19 month-old daughter of Jordan and Dalton Roberts of Smithville. She also received awards for prettiest smile, eyes, attire and most photogenic. First runner-up went to one year-old Maeleigh Allen of Smithville. She also received the people’s choice award.

The winner of the girls ages 25-48 months was Maeve Grant, the two year-old daughter of Burt and Danielle Grant of Smithville.

In the boys 25-48 months, Sawyer Cordell Oyster was crowned king. He is the 30 month-old son of Coleman and Morgan Oyster of Liberty. First runner-up went to Samuel Keith Griffin. He is the 42 month-old son of Luke and Casey Griffin of Alexandra.

Ansley Grace Snow, the six-year-old daughter of Ashleigh Snow and Andy and Laura Snow of Smithville, was crowned queen in the four-six year-old category. She was also awarded prettiest attire.

First runner-up went to Brynlee Allana Rankhorn. She is the four year-old daughter of Jacob and Ashlee Rankhorn of Rock Island. She was also awarded for prettiest hair. Second runner-up went to Dallas “Toby” Agee , the five year-old daughter of Donny and Stephanie Agee of Smithville.

Winners in the optional categories were:  Prettiest eyes-Briar Rose Kilgore, four year-old daughter of Clay and Mariah Kilgore of Smithville; and Prettiest smile- Jane Grant, four year-old daughter of Burt and Danielle Grant of Smithville.

Next was the seven-10 year-old competition. Katie Jo Prichard received the crown in this pageants. She is the seven-year-old daughter of Luke and Jo Dee Prichard of Alexandria. She was also awarded for prettiest smile, eyes, and attire.

First runner-up went Alexis Nicole Graham, 10year-old daughter of Derek and Andria Graham of Smithville. Second runner-up Aryanna Virginia Grace Marks, seven year-old daughter of Rebecca and Nicholas Marks of Smithville. She was also awarded for prettiest hair and most photogenic.

Kaydence Shontae Johnson won the crown in the 11-13 age group. She is the 12 year-old daughter of Jeremy and Trista Ashburn of Smithville.

First runner-up was Baylei Benson, 11 year-old daughter of John and Karey Washer and Christopher Benson of Smithville. She was also awarded for prettiest eyes, hair, and most photogenic.  Second runner-up went to Jacee Daley, 13 year-old daughter of Megan Linder and the late Jacob Dailey. Karah Jo Ford was awarded prettiest smile. She is the 12year-old daughter of Hector O’roscoe and Amanda Ford of Smithville. Prettiest Attire went to Kenadee Rose Prichard, 13 year-old daughter of Luke and Jo Dee Prichard of Alexandria. 

Meanwhile, Deanna Marie Agee, the 14 year-old daughter of David and Dama Agee of Smithville was crowned queen of the age 14-16 category. She was also awarded for prettiest eyes, hair, attire, and most photogenic.

First runner-up went to McKenna Reece Miller of Dowelltown, 14-year-old daughter of Charles and Christen Cox and David and Casey Miller. Second runner-up was Cali Agee, 14-year-old daughter of Kevin and Jennifer Agee of Smithville. She was also awarded for prettiest smile.

In the final competition of the day, Kenlee Renae Taylor was crowned Fall Fest Queen in the 17-20 age group. She is the 17-year-old daughter of Ken and Cindy Taylor of Smithville and a senior at DCHS.
