Hope everyone got to spend time with their mother on Sunday. We have had some stormy weather which I do not like. I love to hear it rain just not the storms. I plan on planting a few flowers this coming weekend. I am always late planting. I plan for my granddaughter, Charlee to help me she has a greener thumb than me.
Graduation is this Friday night. Congratulations to the senior class of 2021. I know school has been different for every student. I wish all the seniors well and for them to always look to God for answers. You have your whole life in front of you follow your dreams.
This past week was Teacher Appreciation and Nurse Appreciation both of these careers are overworked and underpaid. Both are caring people or they wouldn’t pick this career to be in. They both work endless hours to see to the needs of children and patients. I hope all the teachers and all the nurses had a great week and I hope you were told how much you are appreciated and need.
Our church was sadden by the loss of a young lady. While shopping for an arrangement or something for the family to keep I wandered into The Vintage Owl. The shop had so many beautiful items to look at Chase Collins the owner greeted me and assisted me in choosing something for my church to give to the family. When Chase got done with arranging what he helped me pick out it was beautiful. Needless to say I will be going back for myself all the items Chase has are beautiful and he can help you put it all together. So if you need a gift, décor for your home or something for a bereavement just stop in The Vintage Owl you will be glad you did.
